Keeps you dry while you work hard.

Drying in a flash and flexing as you twist and turn, the Marmot Men's Thermalclime Sport Tight keeps you moving whether you're climbing a mountain or skiing down it. Polartec Power Dry fabric wicks moisture as you play hard. A gusseted crotch lets you work on doing the splits at the lodge, and flatlock seams help reduce any bulk to your winter wardrobe.

Warm, Pretty and Hugs like my ex

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size
    • Size Bought: medium

Surprisingly warm if not warmer than I first thought when I actually opened the plastic. Green and yellow come out rather oddly pretty. Hugs tight where needed. I like the feeling.

Height 5'7" Weight 186lbs. Bought M. Waist fit fine but everything else felt too baggy and lose. I was also hoping for some warmth but no luck, tried going for a run at 27 degrees and it felt like I was running with nothing on. They might work for the spring.

      Very functional baselayer

These have been a great fit for me. I'm a 31 waist and about a 31 inseam. These have worked for me under my North Face hiking pants and even tighter fitting Adidas pants. Definitely add warmth and do a good handling moisture with the Power Dry fabric.

      Warm enough & looks great

First off, I trust the brand that is Marmot. I have used their Gore-tex pants in the past and remember loving it every moment. It ached me to give it away to a friend who started skiing and needed the pants.

As for the tights, I find it to be quite functional.
It does its job. Quite warm, indeed.
The size. I went with my normal pants size according to Marmot's sizing chart. It fits perfectly.

One pet peeve would be the color.
      It could have been brighter.

The price was quite reasonable when I purchased it.
Summer sales do pay off. Got it for under $25.

      Deepest leg-constricting crotch ever

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I'm 6'6'' / 185, 33-34 waist with a normal sized abdominal / crotch section but the crotch on this bottom is so low that it literally keeps me from spreading my legs quickly and makes me feel sluggish and slow. The leg length is a bit short, but that doesn't affect the crotch - which would do you well if you are a 77 yr old wearing depends (or the poppy-pants wearing kids that love stuff hanging down to their knees anyway).

To this bottom's credit its warm down to about 0 degrees normal (or wind chill) under insulated boarding Pants. Overall - Not snug in the midsection below your unit - not recommended.
