Lightweight, waterproof and breathable MemBrain fabric packs into your backpack easily when you venture into rainy territory, and ski-friendly features make it an excellent pant for hitting the slopes on wet days. An adjustable waist works with your specific shape, and anatomic articulation zones let you carve a turn, kick in your crampons, or step up a scree slope without restrictions. Gaiters at the cuffs keep snow and debris out of your boots, and water-resistant zippers on the pockets won’t let moisture seep in.

Great fit, comfortable, nice material. Nice to have an extra pocket, as opposed to just the two standard pockets.
They are windproof as well as waterproof/breathable.
