Yes, but you'll want to get one left zip and one right zip.
Actually, since this is a rectangular bag, you should be fine with 2 left zips.

does this bag roll small? Can it travel on the back of a bicycle

It will just barely fit you, as stated in the Tech Specs above, and it will not roll super tight, as it is not down, down packs the best.
