Description

Rock on with the Rockaway.

Load the Marmot Rockaway 20 Sleeping Bag into your backpack, and hit the trail. When you finish the 20-mile trek to your favorite isolated lakeside spot, you may have to worry about bears, mountain lions, or biting insects the size of cats—but you won't have to worry about staying comfy and warm all night long.
  • DWR-coated shell material fends off light rain and moisture so your bag and insulation stay drier in inclement weather
  • Lofty SpiraFil insulation combines hollow fibers and denser, solid synthetic fibers in order to offer a balance of warmth, softness, and compressibility
  • Snagless draft tube won't leave you stuck when nature calls in the middle of the night
  • An overlapping series of internal insulation shingles creates the Wave Construction, which allows for more efficient use of insulation so you stay warmer without additional insulation that would increase weight
  • Easy-to-reach drawcords make adjustments a cinch when you're bundled up
  • Trapezoidal footbox matches the shape of your feet: wider in the toe area and narrower in the heel so you have more foot room and warmer feet
  • Zipper garages cover up the two-way sliders from the elements so they operate smoothly every time
  • Face muff features super-soft, irritation-free materials for optimal comfort when hunkering down

Since I sent my 0 mummy bag back to northface for repairs I decided I should probably get a spring bag in case fire season starts early. One thing about this bag ITS BIG ( as I had expected). Being that it will be in my PG bag and I don't have to hike around with it this is not a problem...tried this out on a 27 degree night with a sea to summit silk liner....I was toasty. This is my luxury bag it is so comfortable and has so much room to move. If weight and compression size is not an issue for you this is a great bag. Recreational camping, weekend hike or fire camp use is def legit. get it,i got it,its good.

I've packed this bag with me on several backpacking/camping trips and absolutely love it! My most recent trip being a winter campout in freezing temperatures. I stayed nice and toasty and had plenty of room to move around in the bag. My buddy, who had a smaller mummy bag, was jealous of how much room I had.
