Marmot Predator Jacket - Men's - 2006 BCS

Sweet jacket for 70 beans...funky drawstring at the waist but overall it's a rugged, stylin' do-it-all coat.

This jacket is awesome. It is great for wind, rain & snow, and light enough for any type of weather. It could be a little more fitted as it does puff out a bit, but not enough to be concerned about. The only thing that I would change is the drawstrings are in the pockets and they should be on the sides. Other than that, it is a great all-purpose jacket.

I wore this on my trip to Beijing and Shanghai...kept the icy, cutting wind out and this along with some thermals kept me toasty and dry. Highly recommended...very well made, many thoughtful and much appreciated features.

The jacket is awesome. It does everything that it's supposed to. The only thing is the zippers and the fabric right next to it can get caught up easily. All in all a great jacket.

This is a very lightweight jacket. It is not insulated. This is lined with a mesh fabric, probably to prevent or minimize the clammy feeling that you get from the un-insulated waterproof shells (haven't tested it out yet).
The jacket seems decent for what it is, but I would have preferred for the hood to roll away a little more neatly, and the biggest problem with this jacket is that the waist drawstring clip ends too high in the pocket, so if you want to tighten it, it scrunches up the bottom 3-4 or so inches of the front. It should have been placed lower so that the draw cord only tightens the bottom opening.
