little large ooohhhh so soft & comfy

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: Runs large

these pants actually run a bit large for me (usually it is the other way around) they are so warm & comfy tho, so soft. I am ordering a size smaller for a better all - around fit. very happy with these. I am one of those freezing-type love the outdoors persons. I may keep both for a baggy pair for more adventurous outings.

great golf winter pants!

  • Fit: Runs small

I bought these for my daughter, as she is an avid golfer and has to train throughout the year. Women's golf pants are not thick at all, and one has to wear long underwear with them, making them bulky. My daughter couldn't be happier with these pants. She calls them her "pajama pants", as they are so comfortable! They do run a little on the small size. She usually wears 10, i got them in 12 and they fit fine (read the reviews that they were a little on the slim side).

Can you please let me known your daughters height and weight and measurements if possible? I don't have a ton of time and want to make sure I get the right size, your daughter and seems to be around the same size as I am I wear a 10 or 12 most of the time. Trying to decide if I should get a 12 or 14

Nice!

I bought these and a pair of PrAna's after freezing my butt off this winter. At advice of reviewers, I bought them a size larger. I'm glad I did. These are comfy and attractive, and I love the flannel pattern. They're nicer than regular pants in the winter, but they aren't that warm. With longjohns though they certainly help.

Comfy but a little snug

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times
  • Fit: Runs small

These are very comfortable, its like wearing pajama pants all day. My only complaints are they are a bit snug through the thighs and the exterior material attracts lots of lint. I typically wear a 4 or 6 depending on the pant. I ordered a 6 originally and they were too long and baggy. The 4s fit and look much better with the exception of the snug thighs. I think if there were petite 6, they would fit perfectly.

Runs very small

I'm 5'4 and normally a size 0, but sometimes wear a 2 if I'm looking more for comfort. I bought these because I work out in the field and needed something that would keep me warm and be durable at the same time. I ordered a size 2 and they didn't fit, at all. I could hardly get them all the way on, let alone zipper them. So I exchanged them, skipped a size, and ordered a size 6 to be safe (I've never worn anything larger than a 2). The 6 is little too big, but with a belt, it's fine for what I need, especially since I may be pairing it with thermal pants when the weather really drops. Other than that, the pants look and feel great.

so so awesome

so cozy. so cute. inseam seems to be a bit shorter than the other casual/hiking pants (at least for size 6 that i got) that marmot sells.

Super comfy, fit is a little off

  • Gender: Female
  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Because this is a lined pant, it's hard to dial the fit. I found the legs to be a tad tight, the length is a tad short and the crotch is a tad long. I still wear them a lot, but wish they were longer (though I do have long legs and typically wear long lengths). If you usually wear regular or short pants, these will be just fine. And if you wear short, you can roll up the bottom of the pant and get a cute hit of the liner.

super comfy

These are really sweet pants. Lining is nice and soft. It doesn't show in the pictures but the lining is green and purple plaid. The outershell has a nice feel too and seems pretty durable. They are warm and cozy. My only complaint it that they are really long, and I have to roll them up a few times, which is not the best for hiking out when it is wet. I wish Marmot made a petite pant.

Comfy

These pants are great... comfortable and functional. I love lined pants for winter but lined jeans are just too bulky for me. These pants are warm without bulk. I knew the 32" inseam was going to be too long for me, but I don't think Marmot makes this pant in petite/short. I bought one pair and had them shortened to see if I liked them. It only took one day to know that I will wear them all winter long. I bought a few more pairs... I wish they came in more colors. I found the size to be as expected... you don't need to order a size up to account for the lining.

Awsome pants but...

  • Gender: Female
  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

These pants are just what I was looking for, the only problem I have that they are not made smaller sizes. I'm 5'2 proportionatly built to my frame and size 2 are too big. Kids' size could work but those are too short. I wish Marmot would think about smaller hikers. I kept the pants because I love them but I have to wear layers underneath to fill them out.
