Straight out of your recycling bin comes the Marmot Lobo’s Short. Well, it did take some processing to turn the recycled nylon and recycled polyester into the fabric that makes this quick-drying, lightweight adventure short. You can hike, walk, travel, and chill knowing the waste that could have ended up in a landfill is now what you use to cover your bottom during those outdoor activities you love so much.
Bottom Line: Lobo’s stands for feeling good.

Great Adventure Shorts

These shorts have been great to wear while out and about. They do dry quickly and are lightweight, so great for camping. They do not have much stretch, but I found that an 8 was good for me (145 lb, 5'7"). The zipper pocket could be a bit bigger but still useful. Overall I'm glad to add these shorts to my roughing it collection. :)
The Lobo's shorts have a 9 inch inseam.

All I can find there are the Marmot pant inseams..not the inseam on these shorts.

Women's cargo shorts at a reasonable price are (in my humble opinion) difficult to find. These are great. I now have a brown pair and a black pair. I do wish there were cargo pockets on both sides but at least there's one for my phone.

how is the fit? true to size? I'm 5'8' around 143lbs and usually wear a med. will this work for me ?

I am a curvy athletic lady, looking for a stretchy lighweight pair of shorts for hiking and climbing. These don't have the stretch I was looking for and as a result they were snug around the butt and thighs. Otherwise I like the fit of the waist and the mid-thigh length
