Why We Like The Limelight Tent

After we've trekked deep beyond the traffic of easily accessed trails, we pitch our home away from home: the Limelight. The prebent poles create a spacious interior without adding weight, while the extra-wide doors give us plenty of elbow room to set up our sleeping pad and bag. We slip our camera and warm layers in the side wings to keep them out from under us and extra safe from the elements, while our dirty bags and boots stay dry inside the dual vestibules.

Roomy 2P Backpacking Tent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very spacious and functional tent for 2 people. The wings are a great addition to store gear without taking sleeping space, and the rainfly performs very well in inclement weather. Small enough for a weekend overnight backpacking trip

Great finale shape and inside but.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great 2 person tent on the inside and feels much bigger when your inside it which is great but I have noticed 2 things, compared to another 2 person tent that I have the pack size is much larger so instead of fitting in my Backcountry bag like the smaller one I have it takes up bottom to top on my bag): that's on me I should've checked pack size, second is the weight difference compared to online, on site it says it weighes around 4 pounds and a lil more, when I got the product it's more over 5 which isn't a problem just weird. I will say it's a sick tent overall and has great construction along with color coded poles alligned as one for easy setup

Simply the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Killer product. I have a few 2-person tents and this is my go to now. Love the extra space on the side for additional gear in your tent without taking up your sleeping room.

Easy to use and durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this tent for many years of backpacking and car camping and it has held up great. The setup is easy and intuitive, probably one of the fastest tents to set up that I've owned.

Buyer beware

Had this tent on my motorcycle trip around the world and the window melted out and then the zipper gave out and not a warranty item?

Great 3 season Tent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I bought this tent for a trip into the Angeles mountains with friends and it was great !! It’s the little things that matter with this tent. You have ample room with the vestibules areas and the poles are colored coded so it only took me 5 minutes to set up the actual tent. I got my socks wet during the trip and clothes hanger worked perfectly along with having more than enough room inside.

Amazing Tent

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tent is amazing. Very spacious for two people. Easy set up. Some condensation as to be expected with any tent. The condensation stayed on the tent fly and was a non issue for me. The tent easily fit inside my 45L pack. The tent packs up into its packaging with ease. Absolutely no struggle trying to roll up the tent and place in carry sack.

Inexpensive Performance

For the price, the Limelight is a solid performer. It's the style and size that the majority of outdoor folks will at some point. It also won't break the bank. While ultralight tents shine for the fast packers and the weight conscious, the price for weight savings is a non linear formula. In other words you'll pay a lot more for a lot less when it comes to shaving ounces. I've used the lImelight in all its configurations over the years. Mine has been to Mexico, the Andes, and all over the US. It's a good three season performer and works even in the odd snowstorm. It's light enough to travel well and carry (if load is shared between two people).

EASY TO SET UP AND DURABLE

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I travelled alone on a road trip for a couple weeks. On the road trip I was setting up and tearing down the Limelight 2 by myself on a daily basis. Compared to many other tents I have used it was a breeze and I could set it up and tear down in only a few minutes.
