Pretty Good Bibs Relative to Others

  • Fit: True to size

These are a pretty solid shell bib. Has just about everything you'd need or look for and no real frills. I am 6'1" and 205, basically athletic with a little gut (need more days on the mountain).
Tried both the XL and L. They XL were huge and could fit 1 1/2 of me into them. The L fits very well length-wise and waist, crotch, etc.
The legs (from knee down) are pretty wide, so they have a really baggy look and feel. There's no tailoring, per se, to these pants. They're cut kind of straight and a little baggy.
Compared to the Alpinist (Marmot), they have much more room and are likely more comfortable overall (see my review of Alpinist bibs as well).

Worth every cent

High quality pants, the seams are very good and there is excellent movement at the knee joint. I got the Bright Green's and people told me how good they look. The pockets are easy to open with gloves on. Spent 3 weeks skiing in Japan in Feb and they held up really well and I couldn't have been happier, were very breatheable and didnt let a drop of moisture in. I'd definitely recommend!

Great pants

  • Gender: Male
  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Very high quality pants, with all details in the right place. Legs are quite wide in the bottom to fit the ski boots, can be a little too wide when wearing normal shoes.
The colour Dark Granite is grey, not too dark not too light.
Im 5,9", 165 lbs, wearing a medium - perfect fit for me.

Solid So Far

Using these pants primarily for touring but also for resort use. Skiing in Coast Mountains you need a pant that'll keep you dry when its wet, the pow out when its dumping and regulate you on the steep approaches in a moderate climate thats a bit on the soggy side. So far these pants are awesome. The pants seem to be pretty breathable and the full length waterproof zippers are sturdy and allow you to easily regulate. I got the bright green's and have received lots comments on how dam good I look;)
