Here's what others have to say...

Packing light, keeping warm

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:True to size
  • Height: 5'3"
    Size Purchased: medium

My husband has this same jacket and I am always stealing it. His is a mens medium and it is too big on me, so I decided to get my own. I got a womens small thinking that would be the right size, but there is no room for me to wear a long sleeve shirt underneath without the arms being too tight and the length is just a bit too short when I raise my arms up. I ordered the womens medium and expect it to be just right.
What is great about this jacket is it is super light, packs down really small, is wind resistant, and it has a thin warm lining that keeps that clam-y humid feel away from the skin. I use it when I walk my child to school and when the icy NW wind blows in from the coast. Highly recommend!

A Must-Have Jacket

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit:True to size
  • Height: 5'7"
    Weight: 120 lbs
    Size Purchased: Medium

I purchased this rain jacket (or maybe a previous version of it) 4 years ago, and I'd still have it/be using it if I hadn't misplaced it a month or two back...

Overall, this jacket was my go-to for everything from week long backpacking trips to day-shopping around the city. I loved having it with me all the time because it was super breathable, and it would keep me dry.

Shoot, after writing this I'm going to have to buy another...

Too small

  • Familiarity:I returned this product before using it
  • Fit:Runs small
  • Height: 5'7"
    Weight: 160 lbs
    Size Purchased: XL

I have a pullover Driclime top in size XL that I've been wearing since 1997 and it still fits perfectly. I wear it skiing every weekend, all winter and it has held up well. I love the performance of Driclime, it keeps me both warmer and cooler and far drier than any other midlayer I've ever worn. It is starting to look a bit dated, though, it's not a full zip and sometimes it's nice to have new things so I ordered this in an XL. Sadly, I couldn't even zip it, so it has to go back. Looking at the size chart, it does say the XL is a 14 so I guess I shouldn't have taken the chance... but I would say this is small even for a 14. I wear a size 14 pants and this was tight around the hips. (My upper body is a 16-18.)

Another great Marmot!

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:True to size

Lightweight, breathable, wind resistant, cozy. What more could you ask for in a spring jacket? Wear it around town, on the trails, or wherever your heart desires. Be sure not to catch it on anything.. highly recommend otherwise.

Headed to Europe and I have been told this is all I will need in layering. Sounds like that is true with your review.

Must have...

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit:True to size
  • Height: 65'
    Weight: 130 lbs
    Size Purchased: medium

Love Love this jacket... ! !Have used it almost every day since I purchased it .. great for running, cycling, and hiking up our ski mountain. Keeps the wind at bay and lining is just enough with a layer underneath for warmth... hood is a bonus.. Have it on right now...

Amazing multipurpose jacket!!

  • Familiarity:I've put it through the wringer
  • Fit:True to size

Hiking in Patagonia I met some other Americans in the mountains; we were hiking in t-shirts, but when we reached the summit it was cold and windy. My new buddy pulled out this jacket and was toasty and warm. I tried on hers, then as soon as I got back to the US, I bought one. I"m on my second now. This jacket is lightweight, warm, non-crinkly and bundles into a pocket that can fit in your purse.

It's not waterproof at all, but resistant in a light drizzle. I wear it all the time!

I love this jacket!!

Now this jacket fits more like a 3rd layer. I wore this jacket with a poly/tank, and a wicking turtleneck (my go to cold weather stuff) at 14 degrees with a serious by Appalachian standards climb off trail while doing some brush cutting with gloves and a toboggan was toasty!! It doesn't add bulk to keep ya warm which makes it very nice and squishes up neatly into it's own pocket. This will stay in my backpack all year .. well when I'm not wearing it.
