    Manduka beLONG Body Roller

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Me encanta, lo compre para mi novio por que le duele mucho su espalda, y esta super contento. Por fin encontré algo que ayuda con el dolor ya que es lo suficiente suave pero a la misma ves no es tan tieso. Estamos bien contento

    So Necessary

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I love this thing and keep it under my desk to use daily at work. You won't truly understand how amazing it makes your body feel until you try it yourself. This product is a good investment and you won't be sorry you made the purchase....

    PERFECTION

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I have had a couple of different foam rollers and this one is by far my favorite! It has the perfect amount of density. This foam roller isn't too rough on your sore muscles. Just enough to get the blood flowing and loosen up your tightness. I go running and do yoga everyday and this has helped me stay ready to go every day.

    Great for hamstrings

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: True to size

My wife has another roller with ridges that wasn't quite working for me. As others have mentioned, the density on this is great, not too hard, not too soft. I use it mostly for my hamstrings, back, quads, and calves.

    Just right

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Foam rollers are so hard to find sometimes because most of the time they are too soft or too hard. This foam roller is just right. soft enough to not feel like a steel pole but firm enough to get all that lactic acid out after working out. I love using this after bouldering to help relieve my muscles.

    Not Cat Proof!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: True to size

It only took about 30 seconds after opening the roller for my cat to put a bunch of teeth marks in it haha! I really have enjoyed using this after skiing to ensure that my body can loosen and heal. I've learned that it is critical at the ripe age of 25 to take part in post activity stretching. Really enjoy the instructions and stretch recommendations that come on the packaging. Pivotal tool for anyone who constantly find themselves sore after activities!

    Gets the job done

Great for stretching out and loosening up tight muscles, nice way to end a day of hard physical activity. I use it on my back, quads, calves, and thighs. I really like the density of this roller. Not so firm that it really hurts to use it (although you definitely know that it is working), and not so soft that you're really not doing yourself any favors. I find a good 10-15 minute session with this cures what ails you.

      Hurt so good

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: True to size

If you're active you need one of these. It gets your body back to baseline after you wear it out. It doesn't always feel good, but it is doing good. Includes some simple instructions with targeted areas.

      Roll Out

foam rollers are a leg, back, shoulder, calf, all sore limb saver. It hurts at first, but feels oh so good afterwards. I decided it was time to invest in my own roller instead of using the community ones at the gym, and I'm pretty obsessed with it. This roller is about 4-5 inches shorter than the standard ones at the gym, but the foam is nice and taut and gives such relief when rolling. I'm shorter, so the length of this roller fits me pretty well and stores away in the corner of the room awesomely.

        Roll the pain away

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times

Definitely helps loosen up tight muscles and reduce soreness after a workout. The compression you get from rolling out your muscles is definitely tough love on the body while you're doing, but it helps whatever area you're working feel better later.
I have tendonitis in my knees that is definitely aggravated by tight quads and IT bands. I stretch thoroughly, but the roller is what has seemed to make a noticeable difference.

The Trigger Point rollers are a little fancier, but this Manduka one absolutely does the trick. The foam is very solid.

        Hits the spot

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This high-density EVA foam roller is a great buy if you're looking to improve on recovery time after any type of physical activity. It's awesome after the gym (especially leg day), snowboarding or after a long day hike - just take 5-10 minutes focusing on a specific area and you'll notice a difference. Highly recommend

Does what it's meant to do

        • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

This is a great basic foam roller. The foam is dense and firm, and doesn't feel like it will wear out too quickly.

In short, this roller has a simple design and does what it's intended to do. I'd recommend it to anyone in the market for a foam roller.

        pretty impressed

        • Familiarity: I've used it several times

As others have said, it's incredible how much relaxation you can get from something so simple. I like that this roller appears to be squishier than others I've seen around., and I like that it's not as long (still plenty wide for my shoulders). I have to sit half the day for work, and this is honestly something I look forward to going home to--rolling out my back and hamstrings in 5 minutes. Make sure you keep it in a closet on a shelf--my dog loved it too--a bit too much!

        tough love

If you don't have one of these at your house, you owe your muscles an apology. The amount of TLC that this inanimate object has to offer is unreal (that's a lie, it's actually extremely real, and not tender at all)

In all seriousness, my better half has had muscle tension issues in his back since I've known him. He would spend most nights complaining about how bad his back was hurting and how just stretching wasn't cutting it. After using this he said that his back felt better than he can remember it ever feeling.

this roller is a regular occurrence in my house
