Runs short in length, would be perfect for shorter person, but I'm 5'11" and I am normally a large, which I ordered, but I would never put this fleece in the dryer because if it were any shorter it wouldn't fit! Fits perfect around the waist though, and the sleeve length is great! The fabric is nice and thick, this utilitarian fleece will keep me warm but lacks style. I gave it three stars because it's nothing special, though it has quality to it.

First off this is NOT a jacket!, well that is unless you live in a very moderate climate. I assumed I could wear it over a base layer for shoulder season hiking or snowshoeing on nice days, however it is too light for that. I find it is good to wear with jeans just for kicking about. The Mammut quality is there and the fabric is very nice next to the skin. It will make a nice cover-up for evenings around the campfire or in the backyard.
Overall I'm disappointed that this is not a performance garment. Thank goodness it was on sale!
