Description

Classy looks and high-performance functionality for the slopes.

Look classy out on the slopes while staying dry and warm with the Mammut Women's Robella Pant. The pant's textured fabric, flattering fit, and low-profile cargo thigh pockets add style flair, while breathable, waterproof DryTech fabric and 40g insulation work together to keep you comfortable when you're spraying snow and bombing down the hill against icy wind. If you're out in deep powder, the pant's boot gaiters keep snow from getting in at the cuffs. As temperatures warm up or you work up a heat hiking out in the backcountry, you can zip open the inner thigh vents to air out. Reinforcement at the cuffs ensures your pants will last for many happy seasons of wear.

  • Breathable, waterproof DryTech (2-layer) with modern textured finish
  • 40g Ajungilak OTI polyester insulation
  • Regular fit
  • Internal waist adjustment system
  • Inner thigh vents with 2-way zippers

Love these pants! ... nicer in person

  • Gender: Female
  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size

Saw these in a local ski shop and loved them. Searched and found Backcountry was running a 25% sale... ($62.00) less than the store. Plus, they were offering credits for purchasing using the Backcountry App. So, I ordered them right then and there... on the Backcountry app! I have not used them yet, but they fit great and are incredibly comfortable. There are plenty of pockets, as well as gaiters and vents. They are just a great all around pant. Plus, the graphite color is really nice and versatile. The fabric is much nicer than the pictures can show. It has a really subtle texture that make the pants look and feel well worth the price. I highly recommend, but do check the Mammut sizing chart. I normally wear an 8 pant, but ordered a 10 in these.

Very well made pant

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: Runs small

these will be for very cold days with the built in lining . They have built in gaiters and 4 great zippered pockets (2 on top of the thighs and 2 on the sides) and vents on the inside of the thighs, but the zipper will not get in the way of leg movement. They are not stretchy, so the size 8 is actually good for my big booty! Normally I wear a size 4 or 6. They are a little big in the legs and waist, but there is a built in adjustable waist cinch and I need the extra room to have freedom of movement and to sit since they are not stretchy . I have not tested them yet, but I also believe they will repel water.

If you've got a booty and thighs...

  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
  • Fit: True to size

then you will love the fit of this pant! There's a little room to spare in the waist but Mammut has made a better cut ski pant than either NF or Marmot for peoples with more of an hourglass shape (IMHO). Also love the vents and and the four front pockets. One note on the color Poppy - it isn't as bright as the picture shows. It's more of Rust/Coral color - not a "loud" color.

Hi Kelly - I actually run really cold all the time. Does it really keep you warm? Is it well insulated or is it really thin?

Just got back from CO and the pants kept warm enough at 22 degrees. The pants are lightly insulated - not heavy insulated. I wore some silk liners underneath and was fine. If you run cold I'd wear a thicker base layer underneath.
