Good looking jacket that is also very warm. It's water resistant but I wouldn't want to wear it in a heavy rainstorm for extended periods.

The build quality and materials are top notch. However, I can't help feeling that the material would tear if I snagged it on something - the jacket exterior "feels" very thin and feathery. Still, it hasn't ripped or anything, yet.

Pros:
It's a very lightweight jacket for how warm it is.
Materials and construction are very high quality.
Best hood/throat fit I've had on a jacket yet.
Looks good.

Cons:
Jacket exterior material feels fragile, like it'd tear easily.
The zipper is sometimes annoying to close.

Overall very happy with the purchase.

Great jacket, much warmer than I expected for the light weight. It packs very small and looks pretty nice. My one beef is with the weak zipper. It's small and is sometimes a pain to get closed, especially when you're losing a bit of dexterity in the cold. Awesome, very usable hood is a big plus.
I'm 6'2", 165 lbs and it fits a little wide in the torso, which is nice for layering. Colors are true to the picture. Very satisfied.

I had last years Mountain Hardwear puffy very similar to this but this one take the cake hands down. Nice and warm, but not too warm, and the material is way more durable. Another great product from Mammut!
