A safety leg strap keeps the bag secure even during avalanche turmoil, and the easy trigger system makes deploying the bag simple when things get hairy.

The Ride Short has enough volume for all your day's gear and the pockets, compartments, and attachment loops to keep them organized and accessible. Your helmet, ice axe/poles, skis, snowboard, avy tools, and goggles all have designated storage spots on this pack, and there are also side compression straps keep your load nice and streamlined. The adjustable aluminum V-frame delivers burly, lightweight support to place the load on your hips rather than your shoulders, and the thermomoldable back makes carrying a full load comfy. This pack is hydration compatible, so you can stay quenched while working hard on the hike and charging downhill, and the airbag system is completely removable, so this pack can be used when traveling in controlled terrain (or summer) without the added weight of the airbag.
