Rarely will I write a review. The quality materials, precise construction, and fit of these shorts compelled me to come back to Backcountry.com to buy more and drop a 5 star review. They are worth every penny. Buy a pair and find out for yourself.

Can't tell you about the inseam, but the return policy is unlimited. You can return it for any reason in any condition after any amount of time. If you take them camping and wet yourself and are too traumatized to do laundry, you can technically still return them (don't do that though). You pay your own return shipping. And there's no store in California, the only physical store is in Salt Lake City.

Take this with a huge grain of salt, but it appears they may be 15.5 inches in the inseam. I can't confirm, though.

Steven,
Why would you bother to answer a question, only to qualify it by saying "take this with a grain of salt"? Honestly, if your answer isn't reliable, you shouldn't be posting it! This seems to be your trend lately.

hahahahahaha!!! Wow! The inseam is 15.5"....definitively.

Scrounging up old and dead questions to answer for the obvious and sole purpose of advancing your standing is lame as hell. It diminishes your credibility, the credibility of BC, and defeats the relevance and purpose of what we're doing here.

Although, I am now going to wet myself constantly, and instead of doing laundry, I'm going to just return all my clothing for new stuff every week or so.
