The stretch woven sleeves work with the athletic fit to ensure freedom of movement on the mountain. This jacket also has Lycra hand gaiters with thumbholes to secure the sleeves, a drawcord at the hem to stay under your harness, and one zippered stow pocket that fits the entire jacket and clips to your harness when it gets warm.
