Clip and go.

The Mammut Classic Express Quickdraw Set combines a Classic Wire Gate and Classic Key Lock Carabiners with polyamide webbing for quick clipping when you're spending deliciously long afternoons at Smith Rock. The keylock on each quickdraw's straight-gate end is ideal for quick clipping without snagging the bolt, and the wire gate 'biners reduce the quickdraws' overall weight.

New favorite

  • Familiarity: I've used it several times

These are my new favorite draws, easily besting some BD draws I have. The gate action is great, they aren't too heavy, and I love that the dogbones are super stiff.

Great price for solid draws!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Scored two packs of these solid quickdraws. Super stiff dogbone is nice for reaching up and slapping the bolts. The rubber grommets keep the biners in place. The biners are super light. I bought extras to disassemble and clip to slings to make adjustable length QDs.

"Clipping!"

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I love the stiff dog bone, the lightweight biners used and the Super durability. The wire gate on one end I love. Lightens these up, plus the shape of the biners is safe and quick to clip. Securely fastened rubber ends inside the webbing allow for the carabiners to slip right through the dog bone webbing and ther rubber ends.I ended up with 2 sets of these to add to some of my others draws I own. Great addition to my sport rack. I can see these hanging on the side of lots of rock in their future! Climb ON!

good draws

Good draws, like the wired gates lighten them up.

Durable and stiff dog bone

  • Gender: Male
  • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I have only used these a few times and only sport climb but if you like a quick draw with a ridged/stiff dog bone these would be awesome. The dog bone seems about twice as thick as on a BD posiwire and a little more durable.

Nice "draws"

These are very nice draws that are very compariable to the Black Diamond Hot Wires. then only real differences being the dogbone material and color. I've been using my friends Hotwires for a couple seasons and decided I wanted my own set of draws. This past season I ordered two sets of these 5 packs, then ordered 4 more of each beanier and some Petzl dogbones of 2 longer lengths and built myself a serious sport rack. I couldn't be happier with the price and performance of these draws. Can't wait to use them again this summer!
