- Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
No spilling, nice looking and fits well in a crash pad for the approach. Not sure why it's $49.95 on here though, when you can buy it off the Mammut site for $29.95.
Perfect for indoor climbing
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
I love it to use it . Easy to open / close. no more mess in my bag pack :)
It does have a toothbrush holder.
The copy on the site says it does not have a toothbrush holder. Wouldn't bother me either way you could always just throw one on top under the bunge. BUt after using it a few times I realized it has a slot for a brush just above the Mammut logo on the nylon cowl that pulls out.
Cool Chalk Can, can't spill it!
Really cool chalk can. Really tough to spill it and does not leak chalk when it's closed. Could be cheaper but still like it a lot and should last a good long time.
Why does this cost so much?
It has next to zero features (no fleece, zip pockets, or compartments). I could make one with an old cookie tin, a plastic bag, and a rubber band. Functionally its a great idea. It's spill proof and compact. But minimalism shouldn't be this expensive.
