Description

Made for a trail-ripping, dirt-shredding, good time.

Downhill shorts that fit your body and can take the demands of the trail aren't a pipe dream for women anymore. The Maloja Women's TanjaM Shorts are made to do a few things well; fit your body while you rip the single track, protect you when the weather turns, and provide excellent coverage when you happen to take a spill. Regardless of whether you're a seasoned downhill veteran, or just getting into it, these shorts will keep you covered.

Freeride Oxford is a durable, nylon-based fabric that's highly resistant to abrasions and tears.  The back of the fabric is lined with polyurethane, which gives these shorts a waterproof layer that's still breathable. Softshell inserts are placed in the inner thigh and back of the shorts to give you more stretch for a better range of motion.

The shorts close at the front with both a zipper and two buttons. The waist of the shorts goes higher in the back to keep your skin protected when you're hanging off the back of the bike to rail that techy section. Belt loops add another option for keeping the shorts in place. Two rear pockets and a single cargo pocket on the right leg hold your lift pass, keys, and ID.

The Majola Women's TanjaM Shorts come in Granite, Pine, and Blue Steel. Sizes run X-Small to X-Large.

I have received the short but the actual size of XL is 39.5 inches but not max.32.50 inches. Could you tell me what happened?

Hey Li,

Our size chart is the recommended body measurements of the person that Maloja suggests for the various sizes of their products. The 32.5 inches is the measurement of your natural waist and not the actual material measurement of the product. If the waist of the shorts were the exact measurement of your physical waist then unless the material is super stretchy like cycling bibs there would be some serious issues with skin irritation and pressure points over your intestines.

Mr.Wayne from your answer, your mean I am telling the true?I have the photo of the short but I don't why I can't upload to your company. If you use your words to be your eyes than let it pass, I will not make any complaint on that brand name priducts and never other it again,O.K.

Huge

I'm 5'4" and 130lbs, and I usually wear a size 4 in pants, and these (in a medium) were are massive and baggy on my frame. My boyfriend's bike shorts fit better than mine. Besides the size, the pants are awesome quality and I would happily exchange them for a smaller size. Very breathable for thick fabric, and will definitely withstand the wear I will put them through. Super durable, and will buy Maloja again!

These run BIG!

Other Maloja bike shorts seem true to size, but these are huge!
