Instead of laboriously typing notes about a waypoint, you can just record audio notes about a specific location when you use the Magellan Triton 1500 GPS. The touch screen makes it quick and painless to find the info you need, while SD-card compatibility allows you to upload detailed topographic maps, marine cartography, and National Geographic maps. The Triton 1500 GPS' built-in, low-battery-consumption LED flashlight comes in handy when you're camping, and the IPX-7 waterproof rating takes the worries out of bringing this Magellan GPS on kayak, canoe, and wet-weather adventures. The integrated, high-sensitivity antenna receives signals in canyons, dense forest, and under heavy cloud cover.
Bottom Line: Voice-recording capabilities and touch-screen ease-of-use in the wilderness.
Talk shop with all the gear freaks out there: ask 'em questions, upload/browse photos, and give your 2¢.

Triton not very good at all...
I bought a couple Tritons late last year. One worked, one didn't. Magellan asked for people to return defective units directly to Magellan, not place more...
