Lowe Alpine has always been known for keeping things simple, and the TFX Appalachian 65+15 Backpack continues that trend. An adjustable back panel with plenty of support helps you carry whatever you toss into the large 4900cu inch cargo space. Lowe Alpine added a separate sleeping bag compartment to keep the rest of your gear from getting lost in the folds, and several external pockets separate out the small stuff. This Lowe Alpine pack gets the job done for backpacking, camping, and even a bit of mountaineering thanks to the single ice-axe loop.
Bottom Line: Simplicity rules all.
Talk shop with all the gear freaks out there: ask 'em questions, upload/browse photos, and give your 2¢.

This pack fits well and is quite comfortable. I just finished a 4 day trip with it and really have no complaints. I was able to fit all my gear inside more...
