Lowa built the Creek II GTX Mid Boots for backwoodsmen who aren't easily deterred by less-than-favorable conditions. Synthetic leather and suede uppers keep out moisture, while a Gore-Tex liner further ensures dryness as well as breathability. Lace up and don't hesitate to make serious miles in cold weather; a PU midsole offers cushioning where and when it's needed, and a layer of insulation keeps your toes warm.

I wear a size 12 - 4E in Running Shoes & boots (New Balance).

I wear a size 12 - 4E in Running Shoes & boots (New Balance). I've decided I need something a LOT more substantial than the New Balance Boots, and I thought the size 13 in the Lowas should do the trick.
