Bora GTX Hiking Boot - Women's

The Lowa Women’s Bora GTX Hiking Boot has a split leather upper for serious durability and a waterproof breathable Gore-Tex XCR insert to keep your feet totally dry. Cross outsoles provide excellent traction even in muddy conditions, and full-length shanks add an extra level of support when you leave the trailhead with a large pack full to the brim. Thanks to slightly flexible uppers, these Lowa boots require no break-in time and won’t rub your calf raw the way some overkill leather boots can.

Bottom Line: Ready for whatever the weather brings.

FANTASTIC! No break in period

I loved this shoe right out of the box. I didn't know shoes could be so comfortable. I'm between a 7 and 7.5 and bought a 7.5 to accommodate hiking socks and downhill stress. My feet never felt so good after hikes and backpacking. No complaints whatsoever.

This shoe is most definitely waterproof and comes with laces that stay tight and tied all day long. I can't wait to buy more Lowa shoes.

Lowa Bora

I bought this shoe in size 8, my normal size in hikers (I prefer Merrills, but not the chameleon) but they was way too tight. I have wide feet and that is why I usually wear Merrills. These Lowas have a very narrow toe box. I sent them back and ordered a pair of Keen Targhee at the advice of the live chat customer service. Love the Keens.
