The Louis Garneau Men's Yeti Snowshoe helps you walk across frozen tundras and zip up steep, snowy summits like you're in your natural habitat. Made with aircraft grade aluminum, the Contour frame is lightweight and durable against anything you come across in the backcountry, and its optimized surface area encourages a natural stride and easily sheds snow. The Freeflex pivot provides excellent shock absorption and free foot rotation on the axle for an efficient stride so you can get to the hut before dinner. And Traxion SS front crampons offer multidirectional traction that gives you a good grip on any terrain.
The Yeti's Contact Pro harness system utilizes two Boa dials that cinch across any climbing, ski, or snowboard boot securely, and EVA padding prevents any uncomfortable pressure across your foot. Its Lightec decking remains flexible in
temperatures as low as -40°F for an ideal performance regardless of the
weather, and the Connect fastener system attaches the deck to the frame
to enhance durability and boost the snowshoe's lateral traction
over uneven terrain. And the Step-Up heel raiser reduces fatigue in your legs while you climb up the the steepest sections on your hike.
