As the sun starts to set a little earlier each day, the Louis Garneau Edge 2 Jersey will become your shoulder-season go-to. Airdry Elite 2 fabric retains body heat to keep you warm, and wicks moisture away from your skin to keep you from being a soggy, frozen mess at the end of your ride. Three rear pockets hold all your essentials, and the half zipper lets you allow some air into the jersey if you start to overheat.

Great Cool Weather Jersey

  • Familiarity:I've used it several times
  • Fit:True to size

I have two of these jerseys and they work really well on cooler mornings without layering up. At about 45 degrees this jersey will be enough by itself to keep you warm. You may be tempted to put on a jacket also, but once you get rolling the material does a great (excellent) job reflecting heat back to the body. When the weather heats up simply unzip the front zipper and you are good (good sweat wicking properties also) to go.

The size is true but they are trim fitting (what makes them work so well). I am a 40 chest and athletic build and medium works great (just don't put them in a hot dryer). The material does have a tendency to snag on stuff so after wearing a while you will see pills here and there. Colors are vibrant (bright) with attractive zipper and piping accents.

Another Great LG Shirt!

  • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I am new to cycling clothing and I am now hands down a LG buyer! This shirt is of excellent quality and the Medium products fit me so well (5-ft. 7-in & 160lb). Just a great product! Wore it for the first time and it was 58/59-degrees F and with a dri-fit shirt underneath it did great! Would strongly recommend the product!

Dad's Love Bike Jerseys!

  • Gender:Male
  • Familiarity:I've used it several times

Great bike jersey for biking in the cold humidity of Texas!

My pop is about 5'9", 180 (so he says) and the L size fit like a glove... A really nice glove with comfort and warmth for miles!

Dad's Love Bike Jerseys!

Thanks for a great Christmas present! At this rate, it won't be long before the 180 pounds claim will be true, again.

Good warm long sleeve jersey

a bit on the thicker side. So very comfortable in high 40s - low 60s. Arm area is a bit looser as well, which is my only issue with it. Overall, good quality, the red is not obnoxiously bright.

    Very nice!

Very nice long sleeve Jersey. Sizing is true. Inner layer has a thin fleece like feel to it which makes it suitable to be worn solo.

Sweet Jersey for Fall and Spring

This is the perfect fall or spring weather jersey, when the riding is a bit chilly but not really cold. Quality seems great and the fabric breathes very well. The front zip allows ventilation and the back pockets give easy access. What more do you need? Well I should have ordered two because I keep wearing mine even though I haven't washed it...

        Great sydney winter top

Ok. So I've done a couple of rides now starting at 5am and 7degC. I'd wear a base vest, edge 2, but id still need thermal arm warmers. Overall very comfy and warm enough as long as it doesnt get below 7.

          Louis Garneau Edge 2 Jersey - Long-Sleeve - Men's

Nice fabric but very loose. I normally wear large in normal race fit jerseys, but need to be medium here.

Nice Long Sleeve Jersey on a Budget

So, I've done a couple of rides with this jersey and so far so good. It was a little cool for just the jersey...first ride was about 47 and the second was down to about 40. By itself this jersey would really shine between about 50 and 60. It lets quite a bit of air in, so if it's windy, forget about it. From 40 to 50 I would recommend a base layer underneath.

For sizing reference I'm 6'0" and about 210lbs. I went with an XL, I probably could have gone with a L and been alright, but I wanted room to layer underneath. I think the XL is a little long in the sleeves though.

The Ginger (Red) is a really nice red. It's bright enough for motorists to see you, but it's not an obnoxious neon yellow.

Overall I like this jersey. I am biased, however, since this is my first long sleeve jersey.
