    Full speed ahead.

Louis Garneau packed the right balance of stiffness, weight, and comfort into the Men’s Course 2LS Shoes for you to ride full speed ahead. To start, Garneau updated the outsoles to Exo-Jet Carbon, giving the 2LS lighter and stiffer soles than the comparable Carbon Pro Team's HM X-Lites. These outsoles also feature a thinner construction and make for a lower stack height to increase power transfer.

Air channels run from toe-to-heel to ensure there is always a source of cooler air running over your feet during hot summer rides. On top of that, the shoes use a microfiber upper with mesh ventilation windows to increase breathability.

Thanks to the shoes' Double Boa L5 closure system, you have a huge advantage over other shoes. Now you can control volume, eliminate contact pressure points, and you lose weight at the same time. Dial in the perfect fit before you ride and anytime you want to adjust on the fly. The Men’s Course 2LS Shoes also use HRS-300 technology to keep your heels from shifting, preventing any loss of power while pedaling.

    run very small

5 stars for excellent costumer service - brilliant hazzle free return policy.

couldnt comment on the shoes at all as I could see that there wasnt a chance i could get my feet stuffed into them.

5 stars to CC for being a such a sport, i got a preprinted UPS slip by e-mail and my money refunded.

    Great Shoe, Better Price

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
    • Fit: Runs small
    • Size Bought: 43.5

Yes, sizing runs about 1/2 size small. Wear a 43 in Specialized expert shoe and 43.5 in the LG Course 2sl. However, customer service is excellent and as long as they have 1/2 sizes above your normal size you can do a trial and error at no shipping costs. IMO this shoe is better than specialized top end shoes.

    Sizing is off

    • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
    • Fit: Runs small
    • Size Bought: 44

I never got to try these because I couldn't get a pair that fit. I wear a 45 in Sidis and according to the sizing chart, a Garneau in 44 should have worked. The 44s were too small and I exchanged those for 45s that were also too small. I'd try 46 but those weren't available.

Nice shoes, but the sizing is wrong

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times
    • Fit: Runs small
    • Size Bought: 43.5

Read the other reviews, just about everyone is saying that these shoes fit small. I wear a size 9.5 and the fit chart says I should get a 43. My toes where hitting the tip of the shoe. I had to send them back and reordered a 43.5. Competitive Cyclist charges I recall $6 for postage on returns. I complained and they refunded me the charge. Overall I like the shoes very comfortable and my feet don't get numb like my old pair.

    Incredible Shoe!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I went through a number of shoes before I found these LG gems. My toes used to go numb but no more. Super light, comfortable, stiff, durable, nice ratchet system, and cool airflow channels. Even ridden them in multiple downpours and they dry nicely with no shrinking. I have not a clue why Canadian/European sizing systems are so hard to match to US but I wear an US Size 11 and the 45.5 fit me very well. CC hooked me up and helped me swap a few out till I found the right fit.

    Fantastic

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've been a fan of Garneau shoes for a while, started with the entry level a few years ago and worked my way up to these. I have a wide-ish forefoot but otherwise narrow feet, and they fit perfectly. They're super light, super comfortable and nice to look at. I've tried Sidi's and S-Works, but the Garneau's make me feel like nothing is on my feet.

No review as I have not used them. I wear an 11 running shoe (asics) and my toes hit the front on both the 45 and 45.5. Just some food for thought in the never ending pursuit of fitting shoes online.
