Good, but not great

  • Familiarity:I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I purchased these shorts because I have short legs and thought they would be a good option to avoid those tan lines I really dislike. At just under 5'4", they hit mid thigh on me. The fabric is really soft and I do like that about the shorts, but the cuffs don't stay down and the waist doesn't stay up because of the fabric. If you don't mind the legs of your shorts riding up nearly immediately, it could be a great option. The padding is adequate and seems fine for anything under 50-ish miles. I actually prefer a thinner chamois on shorts so this works well for me. I will use these because I bought them, but if I had it to do over again, I probably wouldn't buy them. Also of note, the fabric is somewhat see-through when bent over (as when cycling), so they might get relegated to liner status for me, rather than worn alone.

Awesome hot weather, higher rise shorts

  • Familiarity:I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
  • Fit:True to size

Got these for my wife along with the LG Signature Optimum shorts and she liked the fit on these a lot more than others. The back comes up quite a little higher on these than most cycling shorts that she's tried on which is what we were looking for. The material has a great stretch to it and is super breathable. They don't have the highest compression I've seen but for a rec rider they'll definitely do the trick
