Someone hasn't gotten the memo that it's officially spring. For all you do in unseasonably cold weather (as well as seasonably cold outings to come), you need the Louis Garneau Men's 3001 Crew Long Underwear Top. Cozy brushed microfleece traps heat against your skin and is treated to enhance the fabric's wicking capabilities. On the sides of the top, lighter weight panels offer extra ventilation and wicking so you stay comfortable under your shell. An antimicrobial finish on these panels helps fight the funk.
Bottom Line: Mmm, microfleece.

Lightweight fleece on the front and sides with your standard, wicking, mesh-like baselayer material on the back and arms. Order your regular size (or up) in this one - it fits tight and the arms are cut pretty short. At 6'2 170 the large just barely fits me and is quite snug. As a baselayer it's fine though, and frankly due to the odd combination of materials I would never wear this on its own anyway.
