Lorpen put the cushioning in the Ski Light Merino Sock exactly where you need it?in the front, to protect your tender shins as you bang down a mogul run. Lorpen also made these socks out of warm, wicking, breathable merino wool for comfort, and threw in a dash of Lycra for fit and nylon for durability. All these parts add up to a full day on the mountain with happy feet?or at least as happy as feet can get when forced to wear ski boots all day.
Bottom Line: Give your feet a little hand.

For years I've had cold feet skiing and thought I would just live with it. Not any more. I've really enjoyed the Lorpen Light Ski socks I got off SAC this entire ski season. The thickness of the sock lets circulation reach my toes and the wool keeps them warm. Great socks at a great price.

Nice tight and warm sock, goes way up over the knee which is pretty freaking far but ok. They work out great in my tele boots, which require a thin sock. Very happy with my purchase.

Always a big fan of Lorpen socks, these are great, however they are a little thicker in the foot than I thought (I usually buy ski socks with zero padding whatsoever), but perfect thickness through the leg/calf.
