The Lorpen Multisport Coolmax Light Mini Socks' below-the-ankle cut and ultralight, fast-wicking material makes them a stand-out choice for use on warm summer outings. Whether you go hiking, biking, or trail running, these quick-drying synthetic socks help your feet stay dry and comfortable. Lorpen added a thin polyamide exterior to the Coolmax Light Mini Socks for increased durability, so you don't wear them out after a week on the trail.
Bottom Line: Take on the summer's heat while the Lorpen Multisport Coolmax Light Mini Socks keep your feet feeling great.
These are really thin, but still don't tear or make my feet hurt. I love these socks, I love thin socks. These are perfect. They fit perfectly and I can't complain about them in any way. If I could have 1000 pair of these, I would be happy.

Hands down, my favorite athletic socks. Other socks that claim to be thin are never light enough for me. They stay put too, without pinching at the ankle. I use them for snowboarding, mountain biking and backpacking. I'm addicted!
I love these socks! They are the only ones I have had in a long time that don't slide down your heel while hiking or exercising. Also, they don't peak too high over your shoes so you don't get a weird tan line around your ankle, just enough coverage so your shoes don't rub on your skin. Keeps your feet cool, and dry too.
These are my favorite socks for my xc races. They dont soak up water when the course is wet and they stay put for a 5k races. I like something with more padding for longer races though.
These things are great. Very lightweight. Don't stink and they fit great. I usually wear a medium but I went with a small because I don't like much sock to show when I wear skate shoes. They stretch a lot so they fit snug, but not like my toes are in a straightjacket.
After going on 4 runs, 2 bricks (bike run) and one 40mi bike ride, I can honestly say they are just ok. During the run the balls of my feet had hot spots. During the bike ride the heel and balls felt hot. As for it being a multisport sock, maybe in the winter or fall months (live in NE) but for me the sock is too warm for summer workouts. Will try the sock again when temps drop. Hopefully they will perform better. I think DeFeet, Craft or even DeSoto make a better sock and can be had on sale at about the same price.
I did a trail run in these yesterday and had noticeably cooler more comfortable feet. They also kept my feet dry. The fit gave my foot added support. I have not been on the trail a lot yet this season and my feet felt great after the run. Awesome sock!
Pros: Extremely cool socks, certainly wick sweat from feet, insanely comfortable, built well, elastic fit that never shifts or rides when you run Cons: No cushioning, impossible to find in your wash
I run the canyons here in UT every couple of days in a pair of Salomon XT Wings and only use Lorpen socks. Previously had low-cut cotton socks or cotton blend socks. Discovered these one day and ended up purchasing 5-6 pair after my first run. The coolmax does what its supposed to, the fit is as close to perfect as it gets, the socks don't ride, you can feel your shoe and they wash / dry quickly.
Not a cushioned sock but if you want a barrier between your foot and your shoe that you barely notice these are the best you can buy. Huge fan.
