The Look PX 14 Ti Lifter Legend Wide Alpine Ski Binding still weighs in at just 5.7lb for a pair. With a DIN range of 5-14, this binding helps extremely aggressive attack the mountain. If you can not find the non lifter version then it is totally possible to mount this binding without the included lifter plates. Just keep in mind that the included screws will need to be shortened or otherwise you will dimple the base of your ski by drilling too far. I mounted the Look PX 14 Ti Lifter Legend Wide Alpine Ski Bindings (sans lifters) on my K2 Pontoons two years ago and have had no problems. You need to bend the brakes to fit around the 130mm waist width. I actually prefer the lowered, next to ski, feeling. It is definitely the way to roll on super wide skis.
