- Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
- Fit: Runs large
I ordered these in a size 2. I am 5'2" with a natural waist of 24.5," Hips about 34.5," Low waist (at belly button) about 27." Had lots of room to spare especially at the waist; too much fabric to cinch with a belt. Nice fabric though and nice features. Will have to try another one of their pant styles and hope for a better fit.
Almost like a glove
- Familiarity: I've used it several times
- Fit: True to size
I had been eying these pants for a while and they finally dipped into my price range and size so I seized the opportunity. Depending on the band and my "extra layer" I have been getting either a size 6 (if I can get into them) or a size 8 (if I want it to be a little roomy). I sprung for the size 6 and couldn't be happier, almost. Like just about all pants that I purchase the back likes to pop out and away leaving a nice viewing portal to my crack for those that wish to take is such views. This gap isn't as horrendous as other pants that I have but with the money spent something that didn't gap so much would have been nice. I knew these pants would be long on me when I purchased them so there was no surprise there; remember it is a 33 inseam.
Now for the pluses. I loved the feel the first time I put them on. They were a sleek fit didn't feel tight and restrictive. I wore them out for the first time in 103 head for about 20 min. I did get sweaty but unlike some clothes these didn't continue to feel damp and they did not cling to my legs making me aware of the heat and sweat. I have done a couple of easy to moderate hikes in them and am still happy with the feel and look. They always look ready for action meaning they transition well from packed to hike to town without a hitch.

Do the sizes in Lole pants run big or small? I am trying to decide between a size 8 or 10.
these pants seem to fit pretty true to size. If you don't mind the pants hugging your figure then I would say 8, if you want a little more room then 10 but keep in mind that the back gaps a little so that may play a role in which size you want to order
