Every girl on the go needs a butter-smooth travel trouser, and the Lolë Women’s Travel Pant does everything but hail a cab for you. Made of fabric that wicks, dries in a snap, and resists wrinkling, the Travel Pant makes a low-maintenance buddy whether you’re backpacking the Italian Riviera or just facing a long day around town. The pant’s touch of spandex lets it stretch with you as you move, and a straight-leg fit make this pant flatter whether you’re on the train to Geneva or catching the San Fran trolley.
Bottom Line: A travel companion that won’t smell, borrow your toothpaste, or forget its wallet at the restaurant.
After trying out what seems to be 500 pairs of travel pants this has to be the first pair to fit accurately according to the size chart. Normally, I wear a 16, but was able to fit into a 14. I wish there was a size 16 available as I would like them to fit a bit more loosely. I am returning them because I don't like the fabric, otherwise, they would be keepers. They remind me of my grandma's polyester pants from the 60's. EEK! Love all the pockets and the flaps on the rear, they really did make my backside look good. And that's difficult to do in a size 14/16. Just can't get past the feel and look of the fabric. Sorry...I'll keep searching, but at least I know I will buy Lole's from now on. They know how to measure pants and make an accurate fit chart. Rare these days! Lisa

I adore the Lole travel pants and have them in several colors. They're expensive, but worth it, cuz they are quite indestructible and really comfortable. However, when I made a recent purchase, I was really disappointed to find that the fit has changed entirely. I own four pair of the Lole Travel Pants in size 8, and the old ones still fit me great. The new Lole Travel Pant Size 8 (purchased in September 2010) don't fit at all -- specifically the waist is much larger than it used to be, and they're more lose in the hips. Totally different fit and look! I wish I could turn back the clock and keep buying these pants in additional colors :-(
I love these pants so much!. I bought them years ago. They are the most flattering pants I own. The leg is straight and the fit is so slimming for my body type (which is very difficult to fit).I'm 5' 5" and 145 lbs, I'm 50 years old and I bought size 10. I'm curvy with hips that are slim compared to my thighs. (also a little tummy that I'm always trying to disguise.)These pants dress up or down. (I would desribe the pant style as dressy (pure) black jeans.)Fabric plus: stretchy and keeps it shape after wearing it all day.Fabric minus: noisy when you walk (legs rub together) (this is the only disadvantage)I've washed these pants dozens of times (delicate washer and dryer)No complaints: no shrinkage, no piling, nothing. If you have my body type, are older (40+), don't mind synthetic fabric....try them.
These pants look as great at the end of a long day of travel as they did at the beginning. Stretchy fabric allows you to curl up in even the tightest airplane seats and still be comfortable.
My only complaint is that the fabric is a little coarse. There is a small zipper pocket on the inside front that rubs my hipbone *if* my shirt is not tucked in. Wear it with a tucked in shirt and you'll never notice it.
