Has anyone tried these in white? Wondering how transparent they are. Seems they'd be perfect for an upcoming rafting trip. Has anyone worn board shorts w/ with a tankini skirt bottom underneath? (wondering if it's too bulky). REALLY don't want to buy another swimsuit. Thanks!

Yes, When wet they are transparent. I find they work great with a tank suit. I used mine on a camping/boating trip. Worked out great.

Sorry, I know it says it has the drawcord in the Tech Specs, but really, it's just for looks.......ok, fine, it really goes all the way around.

These shorts are cute and versatile but run on the small side. I am usually a 6, which is what I ordered but should have gone with an 8. I prefer board shorts to be loose and to wear them around the hips. These were up around the belly-button, not such a good look for me. Conclusion: Order one size up.

They run a size small. I usually wear a size 6, but they were a bit snug. I returned them for the 8's and they fit perfect.
