2015 Ski Guide2015 Ski Guide

When you're clicked into the Line Women's Pandora Ski on a powder day, prepare yourself for pure, epic floating. Thanks to its early rise, early-taper tips, and float-easy 115 millimeter waist, you'll get up and stay up run after run.

  • Early-rise tip and tail with regular camber underfoot enables you to effortlessly slash pow without needing to sit back, and it also provides easier turn initiation
  • Aspen MacroBlock wood core makes this ski light, extremely nimble, and playful
  • Sidewall construction (P-tex plastic walls over the edges) helps absorb vibrations for a smooth, solid ride
  • Early taper technology (widest point of sidecut starts tapering earlier in the tip) reduces tail drag and hooking in powder
  • 5Cut technology blends five different sizes of sidecut radius shapes into one for intuitive control and unlimited turn shapes
  • Thin Tip technology (super-thin core at tip and sidewall) reduces weight of the pair of skis by 100g and reduces swing weight and tip bounce
  • Symmetric Flex (same flex pattern in front and behind your boot) allows you to ride switch
  • Fatty base edge (30% thicker base and edge) dramatically increases durability and tuning life

Best Friend on a Powder Day!

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

This is THE ski for any girl who wants to shred like the boys on a powder day! It's super light and loves to turn-thanks to the all wood core and early rise/camber combination- making it playful and fun in the deep. It also has the extra control needed to ski fast and aggressively all day. It is obviously built for powder days but can really handle any kind of snow: it floats on powder, cruises in the heavy stuff, charges through crud, and can even bomb a groomer. I absolutely love this ski and would recommend it to anyone.

THE women's powder ski

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I could not recommend this product more. Yes the topsheet is geared towards the female gender...but the Pandora gives the same performance as any male ski. The maplelite core keeps this ski lighter (because lets be honest, girls are smaller) yet you can still crank out turns and transfer power. And while we would all love to be skiing waist deep pow all the time, there are always those high pressure periods where we need a ski that can handle chopped up 2 week old snow. The Pandora smoothly transitions between pow and everything else.
