If you've spent your life trying to create the ultimate symphony of powder performance, creative riding, and jibby spectacle, break out the Line Mr. Pollard's Opus Ski and show the public what they've been clamoring for. The Opus is Eric Pollard's go-to ski when the days get deep and drops get big, with a 118mm waist, early-rise tip and tail, and a tapered tip to let you conduct a symphony of floating, slashing, powersliding, and cliff-hucking in powdery playground. The tip design makes throwing your skis sideways easy, and Line also hooked the Opus up with ThinTip technology, which reduces tip weight to decrease vibration for a smooth, playful ride that won't chatter like a nervous leading lady's teeth on opening night.
The Maple Macroblock core is made of aspen with maple stringers to keep weight low and provide plenty of playful pop, and the symmetrical flex makes riding the Opus switch as easy as taking a bow at the end of a successful performance. The Opus also features Line's 5-Cut sidecut, which uses different sidecut radii on different parts of the ski for smooth, consistent turning no matter what size and shape turns you're laying down. Full sidewalls make sure the Opus is well-behaved on groomers, and the extra-thick base and edges mean one unexpected rock won't be enough to ruin your pitch-perfect performance.
