Line developed the Mastermind Freestyle Ski for the freestyle skier who's looking for a smooth, forgiving ski to help them to reach the next level. The Mastermind packs pro-level features into a lightweight, fun, forgiving ski that will push you harder in the park without sending you to the ER.

  • Base and edge are twice the thickness of a standard ski for extreme durability and impact resistance
  • Aspen Macroblock Core for light weight and long lasting camber
  • Symmetric flex at the tip and tail for predictable handling whether riding forward or switch
  • 5 radius sidecutfor powerful turn exits and less tail hooking

Bottom Line: We could all use a little forgiveness.

Talk shop with all the gear freaks out there: ask 'em questions, upload/browse photos, and give your 2¢.

These skis are about 75% of the weight of the Afterbangs. 3 lbs 7 oz for each Mastermind ski and 4 lbs 4 oz for each Afterbang ski.

This is a good park ski, if you are looking for a ski for all mountain use I'd look at the prophet series or the blend. If you a cheap ski to beat up on rails and jumps this is the ticket.
