Line designed the Blend to be a true all-mountain, all conditions weapon. The 100mm waist and generous sidecut rips groomers, kickers, and the pipe with a ton of control, but stil gives you plenty of float in the deep stuff. Line gave the Blend early rise tip and tail technology and softened the flex for a more playful, freestyle feel.
Bottom Line: Free-blend.

Just bought these bad boys, can't wait to give them a go. I'm wondering where I should mount them though. I ski mostly in Colorado, and have some big pow skis for the deep stuff. My pow skis are mounted -2.5 cm back from true center and I love them. These will be my go-to all mountain skis.
I do a lot of switch skiing now and I'm getting into park more and more as well (not interested in taking them on rails too much, just jumps). I got these so I can spin better, and lay down some butters on the slopes - I'm thinking closer to center mount for them so I can really sling them around. I still like to charge hard though and drop cliffs, and got the bigger size for that reason (183 cm). Think I should just go true center, or maybe -1/-2/-3cm back from true center? Also, the "mid sole" mount would be -8cm from true center, correct?

I mounted mine -2, called line and they told me most of their raiders mount them at that spot or center. Also i must say the top sheet is poor quality, after 3 days of practicing butters, tips looks rly bad. I bought them only because i had good deal on them and they ski great ofc, but if i had to buy it for 600$ i would go for atomic blogs.

I mounted mine at the recommended "mid sole" on the ski. It's close to the center but a few centimeters back for better control and stability in powder. They work great, I have the Line Blend 2011 and they allow you to perform good in park and good in backcounrty/powder conditions. You really can't go wrong with them, best ski I have ever owned.

These are not ''JIB'' skis though they probably would work okay. Look up the K2 Press. Now that ski is a true blue rail ski.

Awsome ski, I have the 2011 Blends and I've skiied with them a few times this season and they are the best ski I have ever owned They are a very wide ski for a pow day and are great in the park. I personally ski a lot of glades and backcounrty and they havent let me down.
Pros:
Wide(100mm Waist)
Great in powder
Great in the park
Durable
Cons:
A little bit on the heavier side but isnt a suprise considering how wide they are.
If you split your days between park and the backcountry then you cant go wrong with these.

This ski features an early rise tip and tail. So you can mount it a little forward without losing float. But it really depends on the type of skiing you are doing. If you plan on hitting backcountry booters or playing a lot in the park with these skis, I would mount them dead center. If you just want more of a playful ski then +3 is great. Plus a great binding for you if you can't choose would be the schizo's from marker. The squire would probably suit your skiing the best but the jester and griffon are good too. And the schizo's allow you to move forward or back 3cm depending on what type of skiing you will be doing.

I'm 5'8 155lbs. What size u think i should choose 178,173. I would like to ski sidecountry little bit more, but dont know if rocker on this ski impact ski edge that much as in other real pow skis.

This ski is unchanged for this season. It'll flow in powder as well as any 100 mm ski, but it's not an awesome powder ski if you know what I mean. And it depends on where you ride. Riding in Utah pow versus Washington or Vermont pow is going to be different. The heavier stuff will bog this ski down more. But the erarly rise tip on this ski will help out.
