Throw the Lifeline Adventure First Aid Kit in your backpack for a 14ner-in-a-day hike, and keep this compact kit in your car during road trips and car camping excursions. A first-aid instruction manual, scissors, ibuprofen, ointments, and bandages help with minor injuries. The insect sting relief pads help for bothersome bee stings, various sized bandages and gauze pads keep blood from ruining your favorite hiking outfit, and tablets chase away headaches or help with itch relief. A zippered pouch holds the contents of the Adventure First Aid Kit.

Bottom Line: Pack this first aid kit for all-day hikes and camping adventures.

I don't have any exact idea, but this (pulled from Target.com) sounds about right: Estimated Ship Dimensions : 7.5 inches length x 7.25 inches width x 1.5 inches height

In my big work bag

I keep this really tiny, handy-dandy kit in my work bag, or in my glove compartment for those split second when you get a small cut, need a band aid, some antiseptic, or some tape. Nothing fancy or too elaborate, this really small kit fits anywhere, and is useful for those split-second needs.
