The Life-Link Carbon Fiber Speed Light Probe 246 features Life-Link's auto-locking tension system and speed bullet points which make assembling the probe as easy as throwing and pulling the cord. It automatically locks the probe in place with a single pull allowing you to act fast without thinking or delay. We have seen people throw this probe in the air and have it assembled before it hits the ground. How's that for fast! The Life-Link Carbon Fiber Speed Light Probe 246 has a 6 foot mark for depth gauging.

It’s super light, super fast to set-up. It’s much faster than the locking-nut type of probe. Thank goodness I didn't need to use it, but it's the right tool for the job.

I'm very happy with the product. However, I haven't really had to probe for bodies with it yet. I spent a bunch of time practicing with it. It's not as obvious as it might seem. You really need to practice extending it over and over. Once you get the hang of it you can extend it with the flick of your hand. Cool, cool product.

The lightest and easiest-to-assemble probe I've ever seen. Worth the extra money for the weight savings.

Extremely light probe that's easy to deploy quickly. I replaced an old, heavy Ascension probe from about 10 years ago with this probe, and I'm delighted by the light weight of this new carbon fiber probe.
