Old-school control meets futuristic tech.

Anyone who's got roots in snowboarding can tell you that Jamie Lynn is the man, and it goes way beyond doing the best methods ever. The Lib Tech Jamie Lynn Phoenix C3 BTX snowboard builds on the storied heritage of Jamie's Phoenix model by incorporating Lib's new C3 BTX camber. Think of it as traditional camber, with the grip and float you've come to expect from a BTX board. Add in the mid-stiff flex and proven power-freestyle geometry, and you end up with is a board that's built for charging lines with more control than ever before.

The Phoenix is built on Lib's C3 BTX profile. That means that it's cambered tip to tail, but there's a gently rockered section between the feet. When the board is unweighted, the tip and tail touch the ground, and the rockered section between the feet doesn't. We know it sounds crazy, but trust us, the result is all the cambered power and edge hold that you love, but with a bunch of extra float, and more grip between your feet. Which basically makes it exactly like the '90s, except way better. In keeping with the new-school theme, there's Magne-Traction .5 edges, or Mellow Mag for short. It places seven smaller bumps along the edges, which keeps it running fast when you get it on edge. The bumps are bigger between the feet, which concentrates most of the grip there for a ride feeling that's a lot like a skateboard. The nearly-twin shape has a half inch of setback, for directional shredding, without sacrificing switch landings or takeoffs.

The H Pop core uses fast growing, sustainably harvested wood for a board that's light and snappy. Power Transfer internal sidewalls crank up the durability, and they're buffered by UHMW external sidewalls for impact resistance. The Teflon-infused TNT extruded base holds up to impact, and runs fast even when you forget to wax it. Best of all, you can rest easy knowing that your snowboard was built with eco-friendly materials by snowboarders with jobs.
