Thanks to the C2BTX hybrid rocker/camber shape, the Lib Tech Dark Series Snowboard helps you lay waste to the entire mountain, feasting upon the souls of limp-tailed rocker boards that can’t hold an edge at speed. The snappy flex and directional twin shape deliver the power you need to boost large and maintain control through sketchy run-outs.

  • C2 Power Banana shape places camber under your feet and rocker in-between for a loose, fun ride that still carves through turns
  • Columbian Gold core uses snowboard-specific, genetically-engineered wood for insane pop and light weight
  • 3D Bamboo Org throttles raise your bindings slightly for increased turning power
  • Magne-Traction edges add five contact points to offer exceptional grip, even on icy snow
  • Basalt fibers are blended with traditional fiberglass for a more eco-friendly construction that increases pop and dampens the ride
  • 3D power transfer spines improve energy transmission to edges

Bottom Line: Harness the forces of evil to rip apart everything at tooth-rattling velocity.

I am hoping to get some sizing advice for this (or other Lib Tech/Gnu boards). I am 6', 180 lbs, size 11 boot. I primarily ride off the trails and trees with a little in the park.
I think the 161 (maybe 158?) is the right length, but do I need the wide? Knowing that the Dark Series has the small riser and I am right on the cusp of boot size, what do you think?

You'll want to go with the wide dark series for a size 11. I'm a 9.5 and the waist on the 158/161 (same waist width) is perfect up to a 10, for a 10.5 or larger I'd take the wide.
I'd stick to the 161 for your weight.

I have this exact board in a 161. I am 6'3" 300 pounds and for me this is a good park board. For myself riding through powder I found some difficulties riding (i am used to riding a 165) but for you saying you go through trees and go off trail, a 161 will be perfect for you. I wish I would have got mine in a wide though for powder just because i am 300 lbs. This board is very good in the park. I have been landing more stuff than ever due to magna traction!!! SO ya trees 161 park 158... Hope I could help.
