Description
A present classic to preserve the future classic.
You know why this is called the Classic Floor Drive Pump. Lezyne has took its high pressure (aka road) design and built one up that strongly resembles the Silca Pista of old. Wood handle, steel barrel, steel piston, are all taken out of Silca's playbook.
But Lezyne also takes from its own playbook. The CNC-machined aluminum base, 2.5-inch oversized gauge, the 43-inch rubber hose, and the Flip and Speed Chucks.
The gauge reads to 160psi. The Flip Chuck is Lezyne's reversible Schrader/Presta valve head with a button for bleeding air. That button is called the ABS, Air Bleed System. The Speed Chuck is a great add-on for people who prefer slip-on pump chucks. It also sports a 90-degree angle, so it can fit in the valve port of disc wheels.
The Lezyne Classic Floor Dive Pump measures 5.9 x 7.9 x 25in (15 x 20 x 63.5 cm). The handle is 9.5in. The interior diameter of the barrel is 28mm, which means the pump has been optimized for high pressure applications. It has a claimed weight of 3.75lbs (1.7kg). The colors are Red and Silver.
- Varnished wood handle and smooth, CNC-machined alloy are built for the rigors of a lifetime of use
- Two-and-a-half-inch oversized pressure gauge remains easy to view, no matter how bad your eyes get

This is a great pump! I love how it actually screws on to the Presta valves. When putting in the 120-140 PSI it creates a great seal and makes sure that the air goes straight into the tube. It also prevents the valve from being bent. Very efficient and well made pump.

Inflates my tires to 140psi, build quality is solid (esp. the aluminum base), and the wood grain handle is flossy. SO FLOSSY! Attaching the pump valve to the tire valve is more time consuming than your average pump, but the fit is also more secure... So none of your precious psis will escape when you detach. Speed chuck is included for quick attach/detach (for those in a hurry). Overall, this is the nicest floor pump I've used or owned.
Really nice pump

The nicest thing about this pump is it just works great. The connection on presta valves is simple and works without bending the valves like the clamp on style. Additionally this pump just looks sharp nice base and great finish ( mines black), along with the dark wood handle, it really just looks nice. I've only had it a couple of days but I deflated and re-inflated tires about 10 times just to test it, and it works as advertised. I'll re-submit if it doesn't last but just looking at the workmanship and attention to detail I don't anticipate any issues. I forgot to mention the hose is nice an long so I can inflate the tires even after I put them on the car rack
Solid construction, hoping for long life

I'm coming off a Topeak pump that last almost ten years. This Lezyne is much better constructed with high quality parts and a nice hefty feel. The Flip Chuck is a great easy to use feature that comes in really handy when you have a lot of bikes - I skip the speed chuck but it worked just fine the few days I had it on there. The dial is a little hard to read all the way down on the floor with tiny letters, but a paint pen mark on the preferred setting sis the way to go anyway. Moves a high volume of air and gets tires ready to roll in a hurry - even the 2.35 wide guys!

I bought this pump to use with my mountain bike, and my roommate uses it for his road bike. The screw on nozzle is really awesome. It is really great for fine tune pressure. my roommate loves the design, and he is a mechanical engineer who is super picky so that means a lot!
high quality

This is a very nice pump. The wooden handle has a classic and comfortable feel. Gauge being at the base generally makes it hard to see but the writing is large enough.
i picked this up in addition to the SKS Digital gauge so I can pump road tires up to pressure easily but also be able to fine tune pressures on my mountain bike.
awesome pump

this pump is great. i bought this model out of all of lezyne's models because it's the cheapest model that still has the full metal head. there's a steel floor drive for $10 less i think but it incorporates some plastic, and i wanted all metal. I don't care too much for the alloy models, as i don't inflate tires over 120psi, and this pump has the 160psi capability. if you ride tubular road tires, get the alloy version. the wood handle is beautiful, and the pearl white paint and aluminum base make this an overall very attractive piece. the operation is smooth. i've only had 2 minor problems. first, unless the threads on the head are all the way threaded on to the valve, it will not fill the tire. it's a little annoying sometimes to make sure you've threaded it all the way on. second, when unthreading the head from the valve, the rubber hose gets all twisted up, and its just annoying. neither of these are problems, just tricky to use the pump
overall, it's a great pump. it takes a little more time and care to get the head on the valve, but it works wonderfully, and never leaks. would definitely buy again.
