Exclusive 90 Ski Boot - Women's

Lange made the Women’s Exclusive 90 Ski Boot extra warm with a soft down lining, but its snug shell and stiffer flex make it a solid choice for intermediate to expert lady skiers. Lange’s attention to detail makes the boot extra user-friendly—bi-injected plastic is easy to slide off and on, and the easy-grip rubber-coated buckles won’t break your fingers off. The Women’s Exclusive 90 Boot’s shock-absorbing heel lifters keep you in the proper stance, and you can thermo-mold your liners at the local shop for an even more precise fit. A lower cuff height accommodates a woman’s calf muscle more comfortably than a man’s boot. Man-feet are weird. Don’t wear a man-boot.

Bottom Line: Assertive on-mountain performance, exclusively for the lady shredder.

They are micro adjustable making it easier to loosen up the toe box a bit, but I think they should work. If not, bc.com guarantees stuff 100%.

very tight boot

The boot is very tight (I don't have wide foot) and I felt the shell was pressing on my feet too much, quite uncomfortable. I had to return it.

I have been renting equipment from a great ski shop near Sunday

I have been renting equipment from a great ski shop near Sunday River, ME and have finally accepted the fact that my skinny flat feet need to be in their own ski boot home (not even rented women's boots will do) in order for me to increase my performance. I am a high intermediate to low advanced level skier with freakishly long skinny flat feet and narrow calves. Now for my question... I understand that the Lange's are geared more for women with narrow feet. Can I assume that if I buy a decent pair of ski boots (such as the Lange Exclusive 90) that I can spend some money to have them custom fitted to accomodate for my overpronation and have better performance and happier feet?

the boot is the critical link between your body and your ski, for the best feel, fit, and performance its wise to invest in some boot fitting work. With a boot from any brand getting it customized will help you ski better and your feet will be happier! yes yes yes, you will not believe that you used to use rentals after you get them dialed. Also, new boots take a bit to break in, after you get them worked on expect that you will need to put in some days before they are totally comfy, It usually takes a week or two of skiing in my new boots before they form a perfect fit.

bc.com is pretty good with returning items, check their policy at the bottom of the page, but the 90FR just has a stiffer flex, which isn't as comfortable and forgiving, but gives you more power transmission and edge pressure.______Unless you're either tiny or an intermediate level skier I'd go for the 90. An 80 flex is going to be too soft if you're skiing aggressively.
