lantern went dead
i got this as a gift it was working great and just rescentley the light dimmed it had a full charge but now just wont shut off stays dimmed but shows full charge

Its so bad waste of money pls fix this
Its so bad only connected once with my phone and now it wont Connect. They know it doesnt work they have a page that they are going to fix it from 2 years ago so far nothing is fixed please help me it fix this

BEST LANTERN (but plz add a party mode)
the cairn xl is a beast! i purchased it 2017(18?) and it has survived countless bikepacking trips where it not only served as my camp light but a bike light (with a custom mount) as well. its seen all kinds of weather conditions and never once failed me. i operate a train in a dirty and dark environment and its my go to light for inside of the cab and it keeps my phone charged during my 16 hr shifts! as i move toward usb c for all camping / bikepacking / life needs my cairn xl micro usb has been retired for home use. if anyone from lander reads this could you please add a party mode? i have several other much cheaper camping lanterns with this feature and it’s pretty fun around a campsite. the other request is a magnet in the base. i’ve modded mine and the magnets are a game changer. in the meantime saving up for the usb c version :)

Doesn’t Work out of the Box
I just purchased this lantern(cairn XL), extremely excited to use and never even worked out of box. Not responding to any button pushes, not charging, and won’t pair even by trying the Bluetooth reset. Extremely disappointed in a product I couldn’t wait to receive

100 lantern to smart for itself
Received my cairn xl lantern today. Wow what a disappointment. As soon as I got it paired up with the app I was informed of a firmware update that needed to be installed. The download failed. Now my light will not turn on at all via the physical button or the app. The battery level lights don’t even come on when plugged in anymore

You Gotta have one of these!
Excellent! Great back up battery, tons of power for phones and gps charges. I really like the app feature to control light brightness and color. This will run forever on blue at lowest level..just saying..
