Everything is better when it's animated.

One minute it is warm and there are birds chirping, and you feel like you are in an animated movie. The next minute, it is dark, freezing, and you just want to flee to a more accommodating locale. Rather than abandon the weekend's plans, you could warm up with the cozy power of down. The Lafuma Warm'n Light 800 Sleeping Bag keeps you toasty when the weather goes from cartoon to tragedy.

  • The 650-fill down keeps you warm but weighs almost nothing
  • Tactel lining wicks moisture and feels so good to the touch that you'll want to wrap up in it
  • Draft tube stops cold air from seeping in at the zipper
  • Double cursor zipper won't get caught in the lining material thanks to the Zipper Guard's anti-jamming design
  • Twin Lace Compress Plus compression system takes your bag from big and luxurious to packable and space-saving
  • Internal hook-and-loop pocket gives you a place to stash things that you don't want the ranger to find

Small but in a good way

I have the version of this sleeping made for women. It is a combination of light and dark gray. I am 5' 10" /150 lbs., and this bag fits me well. I sleep on my side usually and I have enough room to do so-plenty in fact. The zipper is glow in the dark, and this bag has adjustable hood. The collar is a little loose and is not adjustable unfortunately. I have not used it camping yet but I did use it one night in the house. It is winter time here, so I turned off the heater and used the bag that night with my terramar underwear and I was sweating in the middle of the night. The bag fluffs up good when laid out and comes with storage sack to place it in when not in use. It is easy to get back into compression sack as well. My boyfriend purchased one (for men haha) as well and his bag was cramped especially across the chest (he is 5' 11"/203 lbs.). He had a more difficult time getting adjusted inside his bag. My opinion is that this a great bag for spring and summer, but I would probably use something a bit heavier for fall as I get cold easier than most. The comfort rating for this is actually 45 degrees as well so take that into consideration. Great backpacking bag if your a minimalist. Thanks!

Just bought a right and left zip for my wife and I to take back packing. Now I must say I am VERY equipment savy but I am at a loss for how to join them together. The orientation of the zipper pulls are not conducive to facilitate them zipping together. I did my research before buying them and nowhere did I read about having to buy a joining kit to make this happen. Now either I am an idiot, I have faulty equipment or there must be a joining kit need to connect them. Can someone help?

Unfortunately many of the mummy shape bags cannot be zipped together, these just don't have that option because of their shape. If you need to set up a return or exchange let customer service know, they can help you out!

To zip 2 mummy bags together (which CAN be done) you have to get a left and a right zip bag to put them together right. Otherwise you have to turn one of the bags inside out for the zippers to align.

Have a L and a R bag of same kind just for this reason... it's pretty cozy and makes backpacking trips that much better.

Great Bag

A very comfy bag and kept me warm enough on a summer backpacking trip. It also has a few little features that aren't necessary, but a nice touch like the zipper pulls glow in the dark. I'm also 6'4 and had more than enough room in the bag. It also packs down very small since the stuff sack they provide is a compression bag. Over all I would recommend this bag.
