Almost 2 decades of Lafuma!!
i have had one since the early 90's ... I LOVE it! I use it whenever I need a comfy seat or can not sleep in bed (MS, leg and back issues) it is my go to chair! yes, better than my hubby's oversized recliner!

Have had a Lafuma since the early 90's ... problem ... this year when I pulled it out to use it it had a HORRIBLE grinding, binding sort of noise when you reclined, you could feel the vibration in the arms. Anyone have an idea what could be causing it? We have tried wd-40 in the obvious places ....
Is the Lafuma RSX chair padded? It doesn't...
Is the Lafuma RSX chair padded? It doesn't look it in the photo, but the description mentions that the padded parts are replaceable.
Looks padded to me, if you click the magnify button and look around the edges you see the relief of the cushion. But here is a quote from the manufacturer's website:
"The built in headrest and contoured arms provide even further comfort for the user. Padded RSX recliner models feature a 50/50 poly-cotton blend fabric and high-density foam for comfort and support."
I hope this helps!
