One of my pillows uses the same materials.
Wash delicate/gentle cycle & hang dry using clothes pins to prevent any shrinkage. Reverse hanging direction half way through for even drying.

I usually steal my boyfriends lafuma pillow while camping and he stole it from someone else. So I am going to buy one finally. Its light weight and synthetic, which is nice for cleaning purposes. Its the perfect size....not to big to make it unreasonable to pack, but big enough to provide ample comfort while sleeping.
