The La Sportiva Fuego rock climbing shoe is a kid-sized kick with pumped full of adult-sized performance. There's no reason not give your child a shoe that will let him or her progress and excel at the crag. The Fuego delivers an excellent performance fit that slips on and off effortlessly thanks to the Velcro closure. Slip lasted and unlined, nothing will come between kid and the cracks. The Fuego is a tough all-around shoe that can be used indoors and outdoors.
Bottom Line: Real rock shoes for young climbers.

These shoes are worth every penny!, We compared cheaper shoes, mainly due to the fact that kids feet grow so fast, and that in 6 month we may need another. I am glad we went with the Fuego. They are good for smearing and edging, my child does not know what that means, but I have watched her do it with ease. Another important thing I have noticed is the rubber seems to hold up longer then the other less expensive brands. My feeling is if your child will be climbing outdoors often, this is the shoe you want.
